Toyota needed to standardize, normalize and enrich the information they received from the USA. In addition, they wanted to know the quality of the information that the distributors send them in order to apply actions and improve the response time when a potential client requests information from their site.

Toyota has managed to have a data base in optimal conditions, to know better who its customer is and where he is, to improve the contact with the customer via mail and telephone

It has also managed to improve the contact time with potentials and create a reward program with the distributors who send the information better.
