Data protection and processing
At DEYDE, as experts in data quality, we rigorously comply with all regulations on data protection and processing, specifically with the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Thanks to our Data Protection Management System (SGPD), we ensure compliance with the regulations in this area at all times. In addition, we implement all the controls, procedures and measures necessary for the effective management of information security that allow us to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information and data at all times.
RGPD
For us, protecting our customers’ information and personal data is of paramount importance. Since May 25, 2018, date in which the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) became mandatory, in DEYDE we have undertaken all kinds of actions to comply with its requirements. All the activities carried out in our company are carried out respecting at all times the referred Regulations, and, in addition, we constantly update all our procedures and security measures to adapt to all the emerging regulations, both at national and international level.
The new European regulation changed the “rules of the game” in terms of company policies on data protection from 2018 and introduced important changes in terms of security measures. In this sense, at DEYDE, we have always been prepared to adapt to new challenges and new legal obligations, such as, for example, implementing a risk measurement system to identify possible threats from data processing. To develop this important work, we appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who has a great deal of experience in data processing and has a complete command of the current regulations.
El nuevo Reglamento europeo cambió, desde el 2018, las “reglas del juego” en cuanto a las políticas empresariales en materia de protección de datos e introdujo cambios importantes en lo que respecta a las medidas de seguridad. En este sentido, en DEYDE, siempre hemos estado preparados para adaptarnos a los nuevos retos y a las nuevas obligaciones legales, como, por ejemplo, implantando un sistema de medición del riesgo para identificar posibles amenazas del tratamiento de datos. Para desarrollar esta importante labor, nombramos a un Data Protection Officer (DPO), que cuenta con una gran experiencia en el tratamiento de datos y con un dominio total del actual reglamento.
LOPDGDD
The Organic Law on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) was created as an adaptation to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and regulates the processing of personal data in the Spanish context. The aforementioned regulation maintains the general lines of the European Regulation, but introduces important new features in the area of personal data protection and, above all, introduces innovations in the digital field.
DEYDE, from the responsibility it acquires with its customers and to comply with the high quality standards it demands from its products and services, complies, to all intents and purposes, with the new provisions of this regulation.

We comply with all national and international legislation in the social, labour and human rights fields. Furthermore, we are committed to the environment, we comply with the legislation in this area, we advocate the ecologically responsible use and acquisition of natural resources and we actively contribute to the recycling of waste. We faithfully believe that the values on which the corporate culture is based influence not only the intimate life of the company, but also society.
We encourage employment, reinvesting part of the benefits for the generation of jobs focused both on young talent, under our employment scholarship programme for recent graduates seeking their first job, and on training people over 50, who have a difficult time entering the labour market.
